Black Powder

Black powder shooting gives the opportunity to use pistols, that again, have come from the past and have helped to forge history.

The match is usually shot at 25 metres over half an hour. The shooter is allowed thirteen shots and can throw away the lowest three. Again, like ISSF, it is precision shooting and this mixed with loading the pistol using traditional components it is a challenging sport.

The club shoots this on occasions, ask the Club President about opportunities to shoot this.
